TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Serenity Gardens can host comfortably between 200 to 250.

• Gardens have parking spaces for about 100 cars.

• Clients can bring tents, chairs and tables from outside sources.However, it is recommended to use in-house tents.

• Serenity Gardens has an in-house decorator to work with the client to provide the requirements.

• Toilet facilities and toiletries are provided by Serenity Gardens at no charge.

• Charcoal, Food, Drinks Cooking Utensils are the responsibility of the client.

• Use of catering facilities at the Gardens is available.

• Serenity Gardens does not provide a backup power generator.The client is responsible for providing one for backup purposes in case of power outage which is rare.

• Loud blaring music which can disturb neighbours and which is beyond NEMA accepted levels is prohibited.

• Deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation refundable 3 days before function  and 50% balance 3 days to function date.
